Enterprise Travel understands the importance of ensuring quality of service to its customers. In doing so the company builds a strong reliable brand, with its roots in trustworthiness. To ensure the vehicles meet exacting standards, Enterprise employs a rigorous schedule of maintenance.

Taking pride in its fleet of fifteen vehicles, the company ensures they are meticulously maintained above the standards set out by the governing regulatory body, the Driver Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA). This includes its maintenance staff inspecting vehicles with 25% more frequency than required.
The professionally uniformed drivers also operate to a high standard. High levels of ongoing training, such as first use check refresher courses, creates a control system that results in the quality levels of the vehicles both inside and outside, to be permanently upheld.

Enterprise Travel also employs an electronic sales system, which sends quotes, booking confirmations and payment receipts to a specified email address. Doing so ensures no journey details are lost, and can be easily tracked and amended by the customer as required.

Q: How can I receive a quotation?

A: The easiest way to receive a quote would be to call 01325 286 924 or email info@enterprisetravel.net. Similarly you can request a quote through our quotation page on our website or via. Facebook.

Q: How long is my quote valid for?

A: The quote is valid for 28-days. We also cannot guarantee that should this time pass and you wish to confirm the trip, that we would still have availability to cover the quote.

Q: What are the payment terms?

A: We require a £50 deposit on all bookings in order to secure the booking. The remaining balance must then be paid on or before the day of travel.

Q: How can I pay?

A: You can pay via bank transfer, cheque, cash or by card over the phone.

Q: What size coaches do you offer?

A: Our vehicle sizes range from 33 to 70 seats.

Q: Do you go abroad?

A: Yes, we have a wealth of experience travelling across Europe as well as the UK.

Day Excursions

 

Q: What is a WHIZZE tour?

A: This is a tour where we operate a reduced pick-up route to a local destination, such as Redcar or Guisborough. You’ll only spend approximately three hours there before returning home. Because of this its only £9.95 for two seats.

Q: Can I book a preferred seat?

A: Seating plans are built two days prior to travel. If you have a preference for your seat, please mention this when booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: What time do we depart the destination?

A: Most of our excursions depart from their destination at 5pm with the exception of our WHIZZE tours which return into Darlington for approximately 2.45pm.

Q: Can I order a copy of your brochure?

A: Yes of course, simply complete the brochure request form by clicking (here). We’ll get a brochure sent out to you the next working day and you’ll be added to our mailing list for future publications.

Q: Will the coach have a toilet?

A: We aim to provide coaches with toilets on all of our day excursions. The only instance in which this may not happen is for a WHIZZE tour, where travel times are no more than 1hr 30.
