Oxford

Internationally famous for its prestigious university, Oxford is like nowhere else in England. Named “the city of dreaming spires” by the poet Matthew Arnold as an ode to its spectacular architecture.

The city is surrounded by the rolling hills of the Cotswolds and is dotted with historic sites. You can enjoy everything from quintessentially British afternoon tea, archaeology museums to extravagant gardens. So why not join us for a three-day coach trip to Oxford?

Optional tour – Blenheim Palace

Visit the exquisite Blenheim Palace, the birthplace of Sir Winston Churchill. The palace has two Churchill exhibitions, celebrating his life and the life of his ancestor John Churchill.

You can spend hours exploring the stunning formal gardens, home to the oldest woodland in Europe with trees dating back to the 12th century. If you fancy a bit of fun, try your hand at Marlborough Maze!
